For me, it would be Season 3 Glitch Bob, followed by Season 3 Web Bob, because his look is just so random and chaotic, I just love it.

ah geez how do you pick from something like that? Season 3 Glitch-Bob because it shows all the changes he went through to get back to Mainframe. Season 4 Glitch-Bob kept acting weird
Honourable mention to Bad Bob cause he looks cool

Original bob will and always will be my favourite. Even around campus many agreed he just looked cooler and had a defined "he's the good guy" look.

Web Bob - it has everything that was cool about Glitch Bob without the shiny, or the overpoweredness of season 3. Plus it had that cool disappearing icon thing.
Should we really be counting rebooted game versions of him? You know its just temporary, though the flashback cadet Bob would be valid and some people might prefer it for its younger look and slightly different hair.
